Wonderful Stay in Spacious Suite

I found the staff helpful. The food selection was good. The drinks were also very good. There was a lot of local alcohol available for the all-inclusive option, though it stopped being served at 11 PM. I appreciated that the room included air conditioning and needed only minor TLC in the form of marks on the walls.

The pools were clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds plus parasols available . The gardens were well kept. I saw about six pools available. several smaller pools for kids, this makes it family-friendly.

The room was very comfy and tidy with everything needed for a good stay. It was spacious and included a lounge with a large sofa. There was also a separate bedroom separated by sliding doors and a bathroom with a shower.

Fantastic Family Holiday Experience

This resort is great for a family holiday, especially for returning guests. The hotel fulfilled a special request to position our three rooms close to each other. The staff was superb throughout the hotel. There were plenty of pool choices available. Access to the town was straightforward.

The Junior Suite was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxed stay. There was also a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom, complete with a refreshing rainfall shower. This really ensured a comfortable experience.

Admirable Hotel Stay

I observed the gardens were beautiful with very well-kept vegetation , and the whole area was very quiet. I discovered it was easy to locate available spots near the pool area. I counted several pools available, with one pool with heated water , music, and activities. I noticed rooms were very nice and cleaning occurred daily.
I noticed some deficiencies in the common areas because they should keep them more organized. I saw only one of three tennis courts was usable , with patches on the court. I also saw the net was held up with a piece of wood and covered with sand.

I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the whole complex , and I felt the gardener had to keep scraping berries daily. I thought the staff was polite and helpful, including cleaners , and waitresses, something .

I thought the suite was very clean , and the staff worked hard to ensure we had what we needed. The all-inclusive buffet in the main restaurant offered food for everyone. I did not find it necessary to visit the other restaurants.
